Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Ghost Hunter mobile application ("App") operated by Neher & Co Data Systems LLC d/b/a Neher Data Systems ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Ghost Hunter App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.
Ghost Hunter offers subscription-based premium features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end
of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the
current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings
You agree to use the Ghost Hunter App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
Ghost Hunter uses AI-powered object detection for entertainment purposes. The App does not guarantee the detection of actual paranormal activity. Results should be considered as entertainment and not as scientific evidence of paranormal phenomena.
The App requires camera access to function. Camera images are processed in real-time for AI analysis and are not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neher Data Systems and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall Neher Data Systems, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
